Bloody Maria Recipe

Yield: 1 cocktail

An agave-fueled bloody, with deliciously spicy pairings.

Ingredients

  1. Rim cocktail glass with seasoning.
  2. Place bloody mary mix and tequila in a shaker container. Fill with ice.
  3. Shake and strain into rimmed glass.
  4. Garnish with celery stalk, lime wedges and your favorite grilled garnishes.
  5. Brush peppers with oil and sprinkle with seasoning.
  6. Grill 3-4 minutes over direct high heat until grill marks are obvious.
  7. Cut limes in half.
  8. Brush with oil and sprinkle with seasoning.
  9. Grill over direct high heat for 1-2 minutes until grill marks are obvious.
  10. Skewer 1 pound large shrimp, 16-21 count, that are peeled and deveined. (If using wooden skewers, soak in water for at least 30 minutes prior to grilling.)
  11. Brush shrimp lightly with oil and sprinkle with seasoning.
  12. Grill over direct high heat for 2-4 minutes, or until shrimp is opaque and slightly pink. Turn halfway through grilling.
