Honey Garlic Scallop Skewers Recipe


  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 navel oranges, 2 cut into triangles and 1 juiced
  • 24 jumbo sea scallops, about 2 lbs
  • 1/4 cup Weber® Honey Garlic Rub


  1. In a small bowl combine honey, orange juice, and half of the seasoning.
  2. Heat the grill and clean grates, oil the scallops well so they don’t stick to the grates.
  3. Thread the orange and scallops onto metal skewers, season with remaining seasoning.
  4. Grill about 2 minutes on each side, until the scallops are opaque throughout.
  5. Brush and baste with the sauce and cook 30 to 60 more seconds on each side.
