Pork Tenderloin With Grilled Apples  Recipe

  • 1 pork tenderloin, trimmed
  • 1/4 cup Weber Steak ‘n Chop Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 3 apples, sliced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted


  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. On the pork tenderloin, place the oil and dijon mustard. Then layer on the seasoning (the mustard helps it to stick while cooking).
  3. Grill for 15-20 mins, depending on thickness of pork.
  4. While pork is grilling, brush the apple slices with butter and brown sugar. Place on grill and cook until the skin begins to shrivel.
