This buffalo chicken dip is a mouth-watering combo perfect for game day.

Ingredients
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, fully cooked and shredded
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature and cubed
8 oz block Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
8 oz block Colby Jack cheese, shredded
½ cup blue cheese crumbles
¾ cup hot sauce
½ cup ranch dressing
3 green onions, greens sliced thin
1/4 cup
Weber® Kick ‘n Chicken® Seasoning
Directions
Preheat grill to 300° F.
In a large bowl, mix together all cheeses, reserving 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese.
Add the shredded chicken into the bowl, and fold with cheeses.
Add the seasoning, hot sauce, and ranch dressing and give a final mix.
Pour into a cast iron skillet, and top with remaining shredded cheese and an extra pinch of seasoning.
Place dip onto grill and heat for 20-30 minutes. Garnish with green onions and serve with pretzel bites.
