Smoked Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe

This buffalo chicken dip is a mouth-watering combo perfect for game day.


  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, fully cooked and shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature and cubed
  • 8 oz block Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz block Colby Jack cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbles
  • ¾ cup hot sauce
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 3 green onions, greens sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup Weber® Kick ‘n Chicken® Seasoning


  1. Preheat grill to 300° F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together all cheeses, reserving 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese.
  3. Add the shredded chicken into the bowl, and fold with cheeses.
  4. Add the seasoning, hot sauce, and ranch dressing and give a final mix.
  5. Pour into a cast iron skillet, and top with remaining shredded cheese and an extra pinch of seasoning.
  6. Place dip onto grill and heat for 20-30 minutes. Garnish with green onions and serve with pretzel bites.
