Southern Comfort™ Bacon Wrapped Scallops Recipe

Yield: Makes 20 Scallops



  1. Preheat oven to 425°F degrees.   Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Arrange uncooked bacon slices on a parchment lined baking sheet.  Sprinkle bacon with 2 teaspoons of Southern ComfortWhiskey Flavored Seasoning.  Bake 5 minutes or until slightly cooked so some of the fat has rendered out; the bacon should not be crisp. Let stand until cool enough to handle.
  3. Pat scallops dry with a paper towel and remove any side muscle. Wrap one scallop in a half slice of bacon and secure with toothpick or skewer. Repeat process with remaining scallops.
  4. Arrange bacon wrapped scallops in a single layer on the same baking sheet.  Sprinkle scallops with 2 teaspoons of Southern ComfortWhiskey Flavored Weber® Seasoning.
  5. Bake 15 minutes until scallops are opaque and bacon is cooked.
  6. Combine melted butter with remaining 2 teaspoons Southern ComfortWhiskey Flavored Weber® Seasoning.  Serve with scallops with butter.
