Ingredients
- 8 oz chicken breast, boneless, skinless
- ½ tbsp Weber® Kick’N Chicken® Seasoning
- 16” premade pizza dough
- 3 tbsp olive oil, divided
- ¼ cup Weber® Original BBQ Sauce, plus more for garnish
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
This smoky, flavorful BBQ chicken pizza is grilled to perfection, featuring juicy chicken seasoned with Weber® Kick’n Chicken® Seasoning, gooey melted mozzarella, and a tangy Weber® Original BBQ Sauce base. Topped with fresh cilantro and a BBQ sauce swirl, it's a backyard favorite!
Directions
- Preheat Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat 450°F.
- Prepare Chicken: Pat the boneless, skinless chicken breast dry and season with ½ tbsp Weber® Kick’N Chicken® Seasoning. Brush with 1 tbsp olive oil.
- Grill chicken for 6–8 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Remove from grill, let rest for 5 minutes, and cube into ½-inch pieces.
- Prepare Pizza Dough: Roll out premade pizza dough and lightly brush one side with 1 tbsp olive oil. Dust the other side with flour to prevent sticking.
- Cook Pizza: Place the oiled side of the dough directly on the grill. Cook for 2–3 minutes, or until the bottom is crisp and lightly charred. Flip the dough carefully and spread Weber® Original BBQ Sauce evenly over the grilled side.
- Add shredded mozzarella cheese, cubed chicken, and sliced red onion. Cover the grill and reduce heat to low heat 300°F. Cook for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is crispy.
- Garnish and Serve: Remove pizza from the grill and top with chopped cilantro and a drizzle of Weber® Original BBQ Sauce. Slice and serve immediately.

- Preheat a pizza stone on the grill for even heat distribution and a perfectly crispy crust.
- Mix Weber® Kick’N Chicken® Seasoning with olive oil and brush the edges of the crust during the last minute of cooking for extra flavor and a golden finish.
