Directions
- Prepare Chicken and Batter: Preheat fryer to 325°F with enough canola oil to fully submerge the chicken.
- Season chicken thighs with 1 tbsp Weber® Kick’N Chicken® Seasoning and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk flour with 2 tbsp Weber® Kick’N Chicken® Seasoning. Gradually add the beer, whisking until a smooth batter forms.
- Coat and Fry Chicken: Dip each chicken thigh into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated. Let excess batter drip off. Carefully place battered chicken thighs into the fryer.
- Cook for about 5 minutes per side or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove and drain on a wire rack.
- Toast Buns: Spread softened butter on the insides of the brioche buns. Toast on a hot pan until golden brown.
- Assemble Sliders: Place a fried chicken thigh on the bottom half of each brioche bun. Top with coleslaw and Weber® Original BBQ Sauce. Cover with the top bun and serve immediately.
