Ingredients
- Sriracha Shrimp Skewer
- 4 shrimp (21/25 count, peeled and deveined
- 1 jalapeño pepper, quartered
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp Weber® Garlic Sriracha Seasoning
- 1 bamboo skewer, soak in water
- Sriracha Bloody Maria
- 1 lime wedge
- 1 tsp Weber® Garlic Sriracha Seasoning
- 8 oz Bloody Mary mix
- 3 oz tequila
- Ice
- 1 leafy celery stalk (for garnish)
- 1 sriracha shrimp skewer

Directions
- Sriracha Shrimp Skewer: Preheat grill to high heat 450°F–550°F and soak bamboo skewer in water to prevent burning.
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp, 2 jalapeño quarters, and 2 lime wedges with a drizzle of oil.
- Sprinkle with Weber® Garlic Sriracha Seasoning and mix to coat evenly.
- Thread the shrimp, jalapeño, and lime wedges onto the skewer, alternating ingredients.
- Place the skewer on the grill and cook over direct high heat for 2–4 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Grill until the shrimp are opaque and slightly pink. Set aside while preparing the drink.
- Sriracha Bloody Maria: Rub the rim of a pint glass with a lime wedge, then dip it into Weber® Garlic Sriracha Seasoning for a flavorful, spicy rim.
- Fill the glass with fresh ice and set aside.
- In a shaker, combine the Bloody Mary mix and tequila.
- Add ice to the shaker, shake well, and strain into the prepared glass.
- Garnish the drink with a leafy celery stalk and grilled Jalapeño Lime Shrimp Skewer to the glass as a bold and delicious finishing touch.
