Ingredients

  • Sriracha Shrimp Skewer
  • 4 shrimp (21/25 count, peeled and deveined
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, quartered
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp Weber® Garlic Sriracha Seasoning
  • 1 bamboo skewer, soak in water
  • Sriracha Bloody Maria
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 1 tsp Weber® Garlic Sriracha Seasoning
  • 8 oz Bloody Mary mix
  • 3 oz tequila
  • Ice
  • 1 leafy celery stalk (for garnish)
  • 1 sriracha shrimp skewer
Enjoy this spicy, savory cocktail featuring Weber® Garlic Sriracha Seasoning in both the drink and the garnish, for a flavorful twist on a classic Bloody Maria!

Directions

  1. Sriracha Shrimp Skewer: Preheat grill to high heat 450°F–550°F and soak bamboo skewer in water to prevent burning.
  2. In a bowl, toss the shrimp, 2 jalapeño quarters, and 2 lime wedges with a drizzle of oil.
  3. Sprinkle with Weber® Garlic Sriracha Seasoning and mix to coat evenly.
  4. Thread the shrimp, jalapeño, and lime wedges onto the skewer, alternating ingredients.
  5. Place the skewer on the grill and cook over direct high heat for 2–4 minutes, turning halfway through.
  6. Grill until the shrimp are opaque and slightly pink. Set aside while preparing the drink.
  7. Sriracha Bloody Maria: Rub the rim of a pint glass with a lime wedge, then dip it into Weber® Garlic Sriracha Seasoning for a flavorful, spicy rim.
  8. Fill the glass with fresh ice and set aside.
  9. In a shaker, combine the Bloody Mary mix and tequila.
  10. Add ice to the shaker, shake well, and strain into the prepared glass.
  11. Garnish the drink with a leafy celery stalk and grilled Jalapeño Lime Shrimp Skewer to the glass as a bold and delicious finishing touch.

Tips & Tricks

  • For an extra kick, mix an additional pinch of Weber® Garlic Sriracha Seasoning directly into the Bloody Mary mix before shaking. This enhances the spicy, garlicky flavor and ties the drink perfectly to the shrimp skewer garnish!
