Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon crumbles, and Weber® Kick 'n Chicken® Seasoning. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture, pressing it in evenly.
  3. Preheat grill to medium heat 350°F –375°F. Place grill pan or grill-safe skillet on the grill to preheat. If you don’t have a grill pan, you can place the peppers directly on the grill grates.
  4. Using tongs, place the stuffed peppers on the grill pan or grates, filling side up. Grill for 5–7 minutes, or until the bottoms of the peppers are slightly blistered and the cheese is melted.
  5. Remove the jalapeño poppers from the grill and serve immediately.
  6. Pair with your favorite cold beverages for the perfect snack or appetizer!

Tips & Tricks

  • This will keep the cream cheese from melting onto the grill pan.
  • When removing stems and seeds from the peppers, leave inch of the seed pod intact at the top of the pepper.
