Ingredients
- 4 (7-ounce) lobster tails
- 6 tbsp salted butter, room temperature
- 1 ½ tsp Weber® Garlic Parmesan Seasoning
- 2 tsp chives, chopped
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Succulent lobster tails grilled to perfection and basted with a rich garlic parmesan butter, finished with fresh chives and served with lemon wedges for an elegant, flavorful meal.
Directions
- Prepare grill: Preheat grill to medium high heat 375°F –425°F. Brush grill grates clean.
- Make seasoned butter: In a small bowl, blend the softened butter with Weber® Garlic Parmesan Seasoning until well combined. Set aside.
- Prepare lobster tails: Using kitchen shears, cut along the outer side of each lobster shell, stopping just before the tail.
- Gently butterfly the lobster meat, ensuring not to cut all the way through.
- Insert a metal skewer lengthwise through each lobster tail to prevent curling during grilling.
- Grill lobster tails: Place the lobster tails cut side down on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the shells turn bright red.
- Flip the lobster tails over and spoon the seasoned butter generously over the meat.
- Continue grilling for another 4–5 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Serve: Remove the lobster tails from the grill and top with additional garlic parmesan butter and a sprinkle of chopped chives.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges for squeezing over the lobster. Enjoy!
