Ingredients

Succulent lobster tails grilled to perfection and basted with a rich garlic parmesan butter, finished with fresh chives and served with lemon wedges for an elegant, flavorful meal.

Directions

  1. Prepare grill: Preheat grill to medium high heat 375°F –425°F. Brush grill grates clean.
  2. Make seasoned butter: In a small bowl, blend the softened butter with Weber® Garlic Parmesan Seasoning until well combined. Set aside.
  3. Prepare lobster tails: Using kitchen shears, cut along the outer side of each lobster shell, stopping just before the tail.
  4. Gently butterfly the lobster meat, ensuring not to cut all the way through.
  5. Insert a metal skewer lengthwise through each lobster tail to prevent curling during grilling.
  6. Grill lobster tails: Place the lobster tails cut side down on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the shells turn bright red.
  7. Flip the lobster tails over and spoon the seasoned butter generously over the meat.
  8. Continue grilling for another 4–5 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
  9. Serve: Remove the lobster tails from the grill and top with additional garlic parmesan butter and a sprinkle of chopped chives.
  10. Serve immediately with lemon wedges for squeezing over the lobster. Enjoy!
