Ingredients

  • Chicken Wings
  • 6 chicken wings (separated into drumettes and flats)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp Weber® Garlic Sriracha Seasoning
  • 1 lime (cut into wedges for serving)
  • Bloody Mary
  • lime wedge (for rimming)
  • 1 tsp Weber® Garlic Sriracha Seasoning (for rimming)
  • ¼ tsp Weber® Garlic Sriracha Seasoning (for the drink)8 oz Bloody Mary mix
  • 2 oz vodka
  • Ice
  • 1 leafy celery stalk
  • 1 dill pickle spear
  • 1 grilled chicken wing (from above)
Spice up your gathering with crispy grilled Sriracha chicken wings paired with a bold Bloody Mary. The wings, seasoned with Weber® Garlic Sriracha Seasoning, bring the heat, while the savory cocktail, complete with a fiery rim and flavorful garnishes, offers the perfect refreshing balance. Perfect for brunch or game day!

Directions

  1. Chicken Wings: Preheat grill to high heat 400°F–450°F.
  2. In a bowl, toss chicken wings with oil until evenly coated and sprinkle with Weber® Garlic Sriracha Seasoning and mix thoroughly to ensure an even coat.Place the wings on the grill over direct heat and cook for 5–7 minutes per side, turning occasionally. Cook until the wings are crispy and reach an internal temperature of 165°F.Remove the wings from the grill and set aside.
  3. Bloody Mary: Rub the rim of a pint glass with a lime wedge, then dip it into Weber® Garlic Sriracha Seasoning for a spicy, flavorful rim.
  4. In a cocktail shaker, combine Bloody Mary mix, vodka, and 1/4 tsp of Weber® Garlic Sriracha Seasoning.
  5. Add ice to the shaker, shake well, and strain into the prepared pint glass filled with fresh ice.
  6. Add a leafy celery stalk and a dill pickle spear to the glass.
  7. Perch one grilled Sriracha Chicken Wing on the rim or skewer it for a bold, savory garnish.
  8. Serve the remaining wings as a perfect appetizer pairing for the drink.

  • For extra juicy and flavorful chicken wings, marinate them i for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours) before grilling. This enhances the seasoning's penetration and adds a zesty kick to complement the Bloody Mary garnish!
