1. Preheat grill to 450 degrees F. Pat the chicken breast dry and season generously with Weber Kick’n Chicken seasoning. Cook on the grill until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F then remove from grill and cube in to 1/2 inch pieces.

2. Next roll out premade pizza dough and lightly brush one side of the dough with olive oil and flour the other side. Using a pizza stone or pizza peel, place the oiled side of the dough face down on the grill and let it crisp up for 2-3 minutes. Watch the dough carefully during this time as the dough will cook very fast on the grill!

3. Once the oiled side reaches desired crisp, flip the dough carefully and begin to build your BBQ chicken pizza. Pour a couple spoonfuls of Weber Original BBQ sauce and spread out evenly. Then add your desired amount of shredded mozzarella cheese, cubed chicken and sliced red onion.

4. Turn heat on grill down to low and cover until cheese is melted and pizza dough to crispy. Remove from grill and top with cilantro and BBQ sauce swirl, if desired.
