Chicago Grilled Tuna Sandwich

The bold flavors of Chicago kick up the flavor on fresh grilled tuna.

Ingredients
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp
Weber® Chicago Steak® Seasoning
1 tsp dried chives
4 tuna fillets, 1 inch thick
Kaiser rolls
Favorite toppings: sliced tomatoes, leaf lettuce and pickles
Directions
Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, seasoning and chives in a resealable plastic bag. Add tuna.
Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Remove tuna from marinade; discard marinade.
Grill over direct high heat, turning once, for 5-10 minutes, until tuna reaches desired doneness.
Add additional steak seasoning, if desired.
Grill rolls until lightly toasted.
Serve tuna on toasted bun with desired toppings.
