In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, yellow onion, garlic cloves and parmesan cheese. Form into four equal patties.
Heat a cast iron pan on medium-high heat and season patties generously with Weber Garlic Parmesan seasoning. Once hot, cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
Top each patty with 1 slice of mozzarella cheese during the last minute of cooking and allow it to melt.
Top with tomato sauce and basil and serve on a toasted ciabatta bun.
