Ingredients

  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup coarsely crushed pretzels, plus 2 tbsp for garnish
  • ½ cup coarsely chopped unsalted peanuts, plus 2 tbsp for garnish
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1–2 tsp Weber® Southern Comfort™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning
This recipe delivers a fun and flavorful treat, blending a satisfying crunch with rich chocolate, the bold flavors of Weber® Southern Comfort™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning, and a subtle whiskey-inspired spice.

Directions

  1. Prepare Baking Sheet: Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Melt Chocolate: Using a double boiler or microwave, melt the dark chocolate. For the microwave, heat in 20-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth (about 1–1½ minutes).
  3. Mix Chocolate Base: Stir all but 2 tbsp of the crushed pretzels and chopped peanuts into the melted chocolate. Reserve these for garnishing later.
  4. Melt Peanut Butter Mixture: In a double boiler, gently melt peanut butter chips and creamy peanut butter together until smooth. Avoid overheating to prevent seizing. If a double boiler isn’t available, create one by setting a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water.
  5. Assemble Bark: Pour the chocolate mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading into a rectangle roughly 10 x 7 inches. Drizzle the melted peanut butter mixture over the chocolate. Use a knife to swirl the layers together for a marbled effect.
  6. Garnish and Set: Sprinkle the reserved pretzels, peanuts, and Weber® Southern Comfort™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning evenly over the top. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until fully set.

Tips & Tricks
