Fireball ™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning Pinwheels Recipe

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/4 cup fig spread
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese or goat cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Fireball Whiskey Flavored Seasoning


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Unfold pastry sheet on a floured work surface. Roll out pastry to a 12” x 10” rectangle. Evenly distribute fig spread over pastry then sprinkle with walnuts and blue cheese.
  2. Starting from a long side, roll up the filled pastry like a jelly roll. Cut into about 20 (1/2-inch) slices. Place the slices, cut side down, onto 2 lined baking sheets.  Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Combine melted butter and Fireball Whiskey Flavored Seasoning.  Brush over tops of pinwheels after removing from oven.  Serve warm or room temperature.
