Preheat oven to 400°F. Unfold pastry sheet on a floured work surface. Roll out pastry to a 12” x 10” rectangle. Evenly distribute fig spread over pastry then sprinkle with walnuts and blue cheese.
Starting from a long side, roll up the filled pastry like a jelly roll. Cut into about 20 (1/2-inch) slices. Place the slices, cut side down, onto 2 lined baking sheets. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Combine melted butter and Fireball ™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning. Brush over tops of pinwheels after removing from oven. Serve warm or room temperature.
