Directions
- Preheat Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat, 350°F.
- Grill Chicken: Rub chicken breasts with olive oil and season with 1 tbsp Weber® Tailgate All-Purpose Seasoning. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6–8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from the grill, let rest for 5 minutes, and shred into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine Ingredients: In a disposable foil tray, combine buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, cream cheese, and the shredded chicken. Place the tray on the grill and close the lid. Cook for 3–4 minutes until the cream cheese softens and begins to melt. Stir to combine.
- Add Cheeses: Mix in shredded mozzarella cheese and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until the cheeses are melted and the mixture is creamy.
- Top and Finish: Sprinkle the top with bleu cheese crumbles, the remaining ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and ½ tbsp Weber® Tailgate All-Purpose Seasoning. Close the grill lid and cook until the top is bubbling and melted, about 5 minutes.
- Serve: Serve hot with your favorite chips, toasted baguette slices, or slider buns. Enjoy!
