Grilled Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe

  • 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup of ranch
  • 8oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded chicken, cooked
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup bleu cheese crumbles
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Weber Tailgate seasoning


  1. Preheat grill to 350 degrees F. To a foil tray on the grill, add buffalo sauce, ranch, cream cheese and shredded chicken. Close grill and allow cream cheese to melt, 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add the shredded mozzarella and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and mix together until melted.
  3. Top with bleu cheese crumbles, the rest of the cheddar cheese and Weber Tailgate Seasoning and allow to cook on the grill until the top is bubbling and melted.
  4. Serve with your favorite chips or on slider buns and enjoy!
