Smoked Trout Dip Recipe

This fan favorite dip features green onions and is covered in Weber® Zesty Lemon Seasoning.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons WEBER® ZESTY LEMON SEASONING
  • 8 oz smoked trout fillets
  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1.5 tablespoons capers
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, minced

Directions

  1. In a food processor, add the cream cheese and half of the seasoning.
  2. Pulse the cream cheese to break it up and then crumble the smoked trout on top. Pulse to combine.
  3. Add the capers and lemon juice, pulse once more to combine.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and fold in the chives. Top with the other half of the seasoning and serve with toast points or garlic bread.
