1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice, plus lemon wedge for serving
Handful fresh parsley, chopped
In a medium bowl whisk together olive oil, Weber® Chicago Steak® seasoning, garlic, and lemon juice. Set aside.
Cut the cauliflower in half from top to bottom through stem. Cut each half through the stem creating 4 cauliflower steaks. Place on a large zip lock bag and pour seasoned oil over the cauliflower steaks to coat completely.
Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes. Remove from bag. Reserve marinade.
Heat grill to 400 degrees F. Place cauliflower steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden and tender. Remove from grill and brush with remaining marinade. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedge.
