Preheat oven to 425°F degrees. Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes.
Arrange uncooked bacon slices on a parchment lined baking sheet. Sprinkle bacon with 2 teaspoons of Southern Comfort™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning. Bake 5 minutes or until slightly cooked so some of the fat has rendered out; the bacon should not be crisp. Let stand until cool enough to handle.
Pat scallops dry with a paper towel and remove any side muscle. Wrap one scallop in a half slice of bacon and secure with toothpick or skewer. Repeat process with remaining scallops.
