In a bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Gently beat in cheddar cheese, pimentos and 2 tablespoons Southern Comfort™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning. Shape mixture into about 30 1-inch balls.
Combine pecans, parsley and remaining tablespoon Southern Comfort™ Seasoning in small bowl. Roll each cheese ball in pecan mixture, pressing firmly so the coating adheres to the cheese balls.
Refrigerate cheese balls until firm and keep chilled until ready to serve. Just before serving, skewer each cheese ball with a pretzel stick.
Note: Mixture can also be made into 1 large cheese ball. Simply form the mixture into a large ball and roll in pecan mixture to coat. Serve with crackers.
