Ingredients
- 4 ears corn, shucked
- 6 tbsp salted butter, softened
- 2 tbsp chopped chives
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan
- 1 tbsp Weber® Garlic Parmesan Seasoning
Sweet, smoky grilled corn slathered in a rich garlic parmesan butter, seasoned perfectly with Weber® Garlic Parmesan Seasoning for a crowd-pleasing side dish.
Directions
- Prepare butter: In a small bowl, mix together softened butter, chives, parmesan, and Weber® Garlic Parmesan Seasoning. Set aside.
- Prepare grill: Preheat grill to medium heat 375°F. Brush grill grates clean.
- Grill corn: Place corn directly on the grill grates.
- Cook for 10 minutes, turning frequently, until the kernels are lightly charred and tender.
- Serve: Remove corn from the grill and slather generously with the prepared garlic parmesan butter.
- Sprinkle with additional parmesan, if desired, and serve immediately.
