Sweet, smoky grilled corn slathered in a rich garlic parmesan butter, seasoned perfectly with Weber® Garlic Parmesan Seasoning for a crowd-pleasing side dish.

Directions

  1. Prepare butter: In a small bowl, mix together softened butter, chives, parmesan, and Weber® Garlic Parmesan Seasoning. Set aside.
  2. Prepare grill: Preheat grill to medium heat 375°F. Brush grill grates clean.
  3. Grill corn: Place corn directly on the grill grates.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes, turning frequently, until the kernels are lightly charred and tender.
  5. Serve: Remove corn from the grill and slather generously with the prepared garlic parmesan butter.
  6. Sprinkle with additional parmesan, if desired, and serve immediately.
