Ingredients

This Grilled Egg Sandwich features toasted English muffins, a creamy cheddar spread, savory Canadian bacon, and perfectly cooked eggs. Quick, flavorful, and satisfying—perfect for any meal!

Directions

  1. Preheat: Preheat grill medium heat 375°F –425°F. Place cast iron or grill-safe skillet on the grill to preheat.
  2. Cheese Spread: In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and 1 tsp Weber® Roasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning. Muffins
  3. Place the English muffin halves, cut side down, directly on the grill. Toast for 2–3 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove from the grill and spread the cheese mixture onto the bottom halves. Return the spread-topped muffins to the grill and toast the bottoms for about 2 minutes, until golden. Transfer to a serving tray.
  4. Eggs and Bacon<:/strong> While the muffins are toasting, grill the Canadian bacon slices for about 2 minutes per side, then set aside.
  5. Melt the butter in the preheated skillet and stir in the remaining 1 tsp of seasoning. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook for 2–4 minutes, flipping once the whites are mostly set. Adjust the cooking time based on your desired yolk consistency.
  6. Assemble Sandwiches: Top English muffin bottom with a slice of grilled Canadian bacon, followed by a cooked egg. Place the remaining muffin halves on top to complete the sandwiches.
  7. Enjoy your warm, melty sandwiches fresh off the grill!

Tips & Tricks

  • If you’re hosting a crowd, you can keep the sandwiches warm by wrapping them in foil and placing them on indirect heat on the grill for a few minutes before serving.
