Chicago steak-inspired grilled cauliflower steaks taste hearty and healthy thanks to Weber’s Chicago Steak Seasoning. Vegetarian grilling all summer long is here!

Directions

  1. Prepare and Marinate Cauliflower: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, Weber® Chicago Steak® Seasoning, garlic, and lemon juice.
  2. Cut cauliflower into 4 thick steaks by halving it through the stem and cutting each half again.
  3. Place the steaks in a resealable bag, pour the marinade over them, and toss gently to coat. Reserve any excess marinade and let the steaks marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Grill Cauliflower: Preheat grill to high heat 400°F–450°F. Grill the cauliflower steaks for 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden and tender.
  5. Serve: Brush the grilled steaks with the reserved marinade, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
