Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp Weber® Chicago Steak® Seasoning
- 1 tbsp garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice, plus lemon wedge for serving
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Directions
- Prepare and Marinate Cauliflower: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, Weber® Chicago Steak® Seasoning, garlic, and lemon juice.
- Cut cauliflower into 4 thick steaks by halving it through the stem and cutting each half again.
- Place the steaks in a resealable bag, pour the marinade over them, and toss gently to coat. Reserve any excess marinade and let the steaks marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill Cauliflower: Preheat grill to high heat 400°F–450°F. Grill the cauliflower steaks for 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden and tender.
- Serve: Brush the grilled steaks with the reserved marinade, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.

- Add a tangy kick to your grilled cauliflower steaks with a quick sauce: Mix ½ cup yogurt, 1 tsp garlic, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and ½ tsp Weber® Chicago Steak® Seasoning. Drizzle over the steaks for a creamy, flavorful finish!
