Ingredients

- ¼ cup Weber® Steak 'N Chop™ Seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 3 apples, sliced
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup butter, melted
Juicy pork tenderloin seasoned with Weber® Steak 'N Chop™ Seasoning, paired with sweet, buttery caramelized apples for a flavorful and easy-to-make dish.
Directions
- Prepare grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat, 375°F–425°F.
- Season pork: Rub the pork tenderloin with olive oil and Dijon mustard to create a base for the seasoning. Coat generously with Weber® Steak 'N Chop™ Seasoning, pressing it into the tenderloin to adhere.
- Grill pork: Place the pork tenderloin on the grill and cook for 15–20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Prepare apples: While the pork is grilling, brush apple slices with melted butter and sprinkle with brown sugar. Place the apples directly on the grill and cook for 5–7 minutes, turning once, until softened and the skins begin to shrivel.
- Serve: Slice the pork tenderloin and serve alongside the caramelized apples for a perfect balance of savory and sweet flavors.
Tips & Tricks
- For added depth of flavor, use a mix of apple varieties, such as Honeycrisp and Granny Smith, to balance sweetness and tartness.
