LOW, SLOW AND DELICIOUS

The word “barbeque” actually comes from the Taíno people of the Caribbean, and it literally means “slow cooking.” Barbequing is never a more accurate term than when you’re grilling ribs. For perfectly flavorful and tender ribs, season them with Weber® seasonings. Then grill them low and slow for several hours. Times and temperatures may vary based on the quantity of ribs you’re grilling, but essentially for 2 pounds (or 4 racks) of ribs, you’ll want to grill indirect over medium-low heat for 1½ to 2 hours.
