1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. To make the lemon aioli: combine mayo, lemon juice, lemon zest, capers, parsley, garlic, Weber’s Zesty Lemon seasoning, Weber’s Roasted Garlic and Herb seasoning and ground white pepper. Set aside.
3. Brush cleaned and trimmed artichokes with oil and season generously with Weber’s Zesty Lemon and Roasted Garlic and Herb seasonings. Place cut side down on grill and cook for about 5 mins.
4. Let cool for 5 mins and serve warm with lemon aioli and fresh lemon wedges.
