Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf  Recipe

Filled with fresh veggies and seasoned with Weber® Honey Garlic Rub, this family favorite will astound and amaze when wrapped in sizzling bacon


  • 12 strips of bacon
  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup yellow onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp each, salt & pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • chopped parsley (optional)


Honey Garlic Ketchup Glaze:


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a small bowl mix together ingredients for honey garlic ketchup glaze.
  3. Mix together lean ground beef, diced yellow onion, breadcrumbs, eggs, worcestershire sauce, half of the ketchup glaze mixture, salt & pepper and garlic powder in a bowl. Shape into a loaf and place on wire rack on top of cooking tray.
  4. Cover uncooked meatloaf with strips of bacon until each piece of bacon is used.
  5. Place meatloaf in preheated oven for 40 minutes. Remove meatloaf and paint on remaining Honey Garlic ketchup glaze and place in oven for an additional 10 minutes. Top with chopped parsley and enjoy!
