Ingredients
2 pounds salmon fillet, skin on
2 oranges, zested and juices
4 oranges, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 cup
Weber Bold n Spicy Chipotle Seasoning
2 sprigs cilantro for garnish
Directions
In a bowl, mix together orange zest, juice, olive oil, brown sugar, and seasoning – whisk well.
Paint a thin layer of oil on the salmon, add above mixture to the top and sides of the fish.
Turn on grill and bring to medium heat. Place a layer of orange slices on grill, then the salmon (skin side down).
Cook for 25-35 minutes, until the thickest part of the fillet is pink but no longer translucent.
Serve with additional orange slices and cilantro (optional).
