Chipotle Orange Salmon  Recipe

Infuse your next fish dish with citrus flavors and Bold n Spicy Chipotle Seasoning.


  • 2 pounds salmon fillet, skin on
  • 2 oranges, zested and juices
  • 4 oranges, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Weber Bold n Spicy Chipotle Seasoning 
  • 2 sprigs cilantro for garnish


  1. In a bowl, mix together orange zest, juice, olive oil, brown sugar, and seasoning – whisk well.
  2. Paint a thin layer of oil on the salmon, add above mixture to the top and sides of the fish.
  3. Turn on grill and bring to medium heat. Place a layer of orange slices on grill, then the salmon (skin side down).
  4. Cook for 25-35 minutes, until the thickest part of the fillet is pink but no longer translucent.
  5. Serve with additional orange slices and cilantro (optional).
