Juicy, tender chicken thighs coated with Weber® Fireball™ Whiskey Flavored BBQ Sauce deliver the perfect balance of smoky, sweet, and spicy flavors. This versatile dish is quick to prepare and ideal for weeknight dinners or outdoor grilling.

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven or Grill: Preheat oven to 400°F or grill to medium heat (375°F–400°F).
  2. Prepare Chicken: Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or directly on the grill grates.
  3. Glaze and Cook: Brush 1 tbsp Fireball™ Whiskey Flavored BBQ Sauce over each chicken thigh.Oven Method: Bake for 20–25 minutes, brushing with BBQ sauce halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.Grill Method: Place chicken thighs on the grill and cook for 6–7 minutes per side, brushing with BBQ sauce during the final 5 minutes of cooking, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Serve: Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs or an extra drizzle of BBQ sauce, if desired.

  • For a crispy caramelized glaze, broil the chicken for the last 2–3 minutes in the oven.
