Combine marinade mix and lemon juice in a resealable plastic bag; mix well. Add chicken, turning to coat. Seal bag, marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.
Combine all bruschetta ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve. The bruschetta can be made a day ahead.
Remove chicken from marinade; discard remaining marinade. Grill chicken over medium direct heat for 12 to 16 minutes, turning once, until chicken is cooked through.
Serve chicken with bruschetta topping.
