Garlic Parmesan Fries Recipe



  1. Preheat your grill to 400 degrees and wash your potatoes.
  2. Once the potatoes have been washed, cut them into sticks by cutting the potato in 4 or 5 vertical pieces 1/4″ thick, and then cut each piece into sticks.
  3. Place cut fries into a bowl of cold water and let soak for 20 minutes.
  4. After 20 minutes, drain the potatoes and dry them thoroughly
  5. Add the potatoes to a dry bowl, add olive oil and Weber’s Garlic Parmesan seasoning, and toss.
  6. Cook fries on preheated grill for 25-30 mins or until the desired doneness.
  7. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and enjoy!
