Lamb Chops in Yogurt Marinade Recipe


  • 1 large rack of lamb, cut into individual chops
  • 2 cups whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • The juice and zest of 3 lemons
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, minced and peeled
  • ¼ cup Weber® Zesty Lemon Seasoning
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro, plus more for serving


  1. In a large bowl, mix together yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice and zest, garlic, ginger, seasoning, and cilantro.
  2. Place all lamb chops into marinade and coat on all sides. Cover and place in fridge for 2 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Place chops on grill for 3-5 minutes per side.
  5. Garnish with additional cilantro.
