Ingredients
1 package of Lit’l Smokies Smoked Sausages
1 package cream cheese
⅓ cup of cheddar cheese, grated
1 package of bacon, cooked & chopped
2 tbsp Weber Ultimate Garlic Seasoning
12 jalapeños
2 containers of crescent roll rough, 8 ct.
2 tbsp butter, melted
Directions
Heat your smoker, with the wood chips of your choice, to 350 degrees.
Prepare the jalapeños – cut off the tops & bottoms, slice in half and core
Separate the crescent roll dough and slice each individual triangle in half.
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon & Weber Ultimate Garlic seasoning.
Fill each jalapeño half with 1 1/2 tablespoon of cheese mixture and top with smoked sausage.
Roll crescent roll half around the stuffed jalapeño.
Brush tops with melted butter & season with more Weber Ultimate Garlic seasoning.
Add to smoker & bake for 20 minutes.
