Sriracha Rubbed Salmon With Mango Salsa Recipe

Spicy but sweet salmon with a refreshing mango salsa.


Mango Salsa

  • 1 mango, peeled and diced into ½-in. pieces
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, diced
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Juice from 1 lime

Sriracha Rubbed Salmon


  1. Preheat grill to medium heat (350° to 450°F).
  2. Rub 2 tablespoons sriracha rub over both sides of salmon. Combine honey, lime juice and 1 teaspoon rub.
  3. Grill salmon over medium direct heat for 8 to 12 minutes, turning once.
  4. Brush glaze over salmon the last 3 minutes of cooking.
  5. Combine all salsa ingredients and serve with salmon. Mango salsa can be made ahead and refrigerated until ready to serve.
