Steak Medallions with Lemon Board Dressing Recipe

Take your herbs and oil to make a quick sauce that fills the surface of your cutting board. Then pull your protein from the grill and coat with the deliciously zesty dressing right on the board.



  1. Dust the tenderloins with the Roasted Garlic & Herb seasoning.
  2. Place on a medium heat grill, until desired internal temperature is achieved.
  3. While tenderloins are cooking, begin to make board dressing.
  4. On the cutting board, chop parsley and basil.
  5. Add Zesty Lemon seasoning, then pour on oil and mix together until combined.
  6. Once steaks are done, pull onto the board with the dressing and coat. Serve promptly.
