Directions
- Make Burger Sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, pickle juice, diced pickle chips, and 1 tsp Weber® Gourmet Burger Seasoning. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Cook Ground Beef: Preheat oven to 425°F. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add half the chopped onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes. Add ground beef and Worcestershire sauce, cooking until no longer pink, about 6 minutes. Season with 1 tbsp Weber® Gourmet Burger Seasoning and drain excess fat.
- Assemble Nachos: Spread half the tortilla chips in an even layer on a baking sheet. Top with half the ground beef mixture, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, and a sprinkle of Weber® Gourmet Burger Seasoning. Repeat with a second layer of chips, beef, cheese, and seasoning. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Top and Serve: Remove nachos from the oven and drizzle with the prepared Burger Sauce. Top with diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, pickle chips, remaining chopped onion, and any additional desired toppings. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Tips & Tricks
- For extra crunch, lightly toast the tortilla chips before assembling the nachos. This ensures they stay crispy under all the cheesy, savory layers.
