Directions

  1. Season Wings: Place chicken wings in a large bowl and coat evenly with 1/4 cup Weber® Chili Lime Rub.
  2. Refrigerate uncovered for 30 minutes to let the flavors develop.
  3. Prepare Glaze: In a small bowl, stir together honey, melted butter, and 2 tsp Weber® Chili Lime Rub. Set aside.
  4. Preheat Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat (350°F–400°F) with a grill pan over direct heat.
  5. Coat the grill pan with grilling spray to prevent sticking.
  6. Grill Wings: Place wings on the grill pan and cook for 5 minutes. Turn wings and drizzle each piece with a small amount of honey butter glaze.
  7. Repeat the process every 3–5 minutes, grilling for a total of 15 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  8. Serve: Remove wings from the grill and serve immediately. Enjoy the perfect balance of bold chili lime spice and sweet, buttery glaze!
