This Cuban sandwich brings a bold twist with mojo-marinated pork infused with Weber® Bold Steakhouse Reserve Seasoning, layered with classic ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard, then pressed to perfection. |

Directions

  1. Marinate Pork: In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, orange juice, lime juice, garlic, and Weber® Bold Steakhouse Reserve Seasoning.
  2. Place pork in a resealable bag or container and pour the marinade over it. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Cook Pork: Preheat grill to medium low heat 325°F–350°F. Remove pork from the marinade and place in a roasting pan.
  4. Roast uncovered for 2–3 hours, or until the pork is tender and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  5. Let rest for 10 minutes, then slice or shred into thin pieces.
  6. Assemble Sandwiches: Slice the rolls in half and spread mustard on the bottom halves.
  7. Layer each sandwich with slices of ham, shredded pork, Swiss cheese, and pickles. Top with the remaining half of the roll.
  8. Press and Grill: Preheat a grill pan or sandwich press over medium heat. Spread butter on the outside of each sandwich.
  9. Grill sandwiches for 2–3 minutes per side, pressing down with a heavy skillet or press, until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.

Tips & Tricks

  • For a tangy kick, drizzle a little lime juice over the pork just before assembling the sandwiches.
