Directions
- Marinate Pork: In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, orange juice, lime juice, garlic, and Weber® Bold Steakhouse Reserve Seasoning.
- Place pork in a resealable bag or container and pour the marinade over it. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Cook Pork: Preheat grill to medium low heat 325°F–350°F. Remove pork from the marinade and place in a roasting pan.
- Roast uncovered for 2–3 hours, or until the pork is tender and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Let rest for 10 minutes, then slice or shred into thin pieces.
- Assemble Sandwiches: Slice the rolls in half and spread mustard on the bottom halves.
- Layer each sandwich with slices of ham, shredded pork, Swiss cheese, and pickles. Top with the remaining half of the roll.
- Press and Grill: Preheat a grill pan or sandwich press over medium heat. Spread butter on the outside of each sandwich.
- Grill sandwiches for 2–3 minutes per side, pressing down with a heavy skillet or press, until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
Tips & Tricks
- For a tangy kick, drizzle a little lime juice over the pork just before assembling the sandwiches.
