Directions

  1. Season Wings – Split wings at joints and remove tips, pat wings dry. Toss with oil and Weber® BOLD Fiery Chicken Seasoning, ensuring an even coating. Let sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat Grill - Set up for direct and indirect medium heat (350°–400°F). Lightly oil the grates.
  3. Grill Wings - Grill over direct heat, flipping every 2–3 minutes, until browned and crisp, about 10 minutes. Move to indirect heat and cook until the internal temp reaches 175°F–180°F, about 15 minutes more.
  4. Rest & Serve - Remove from grill and let rest 5 minutes. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
