- 1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips

- 4 tilapia fillets
- 4 tbsp butter, sliced
- 1 lemon, quartered
This simple and versatile recipe features tender tilapia fillets, fresh vegetables, and sweet corn, all infused with the bold and zesty flavors of Weber® N’Orleans Cajun® Seasoning. Grilled to perfection in foil packets, it’s an easy, customizable dish perfect for any occasion.
Directions
- Preheat Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat 450°F.
- Prepare Vegetables: In a large mixing bowl, combine red bell pepper, yellow onion, corn, garlic, melted butter, and 2 tbsp Weber® N’Orleans Cajun® Seasoning. Toss until evenly coated.
- Assemble Foil Packets: Tear 4 sheets of aluminum foil, each large enough to wrap the ingredients. In the center of each sheet, place a portion of the seasoned vegetables. Top with a tilapia fillet, sprinkle with additional Weber® N’Orleans Cajun® Seasoning, and add a slice of butter.
- Bring the long sides of the foil together and roll tightly to seal. Fold the ends to secure the packet completely. Repeat for all fillets.
- Grill Packets: Place foil packets on the preheated grill. Cook for 12–15 minutes, or until the tilapia is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve: Carefully open the packets and transfer the contents to a plate. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the tilapia and vegetables before serving. Enjoy!
