Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless and skinless (about 6 thighs)
- 3 tbsp Weber® Southern Comfort™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning, divided
- 1 cup peach preserves
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Juicy, tender chicken thighs are marinated in Weber® Southern Comfort™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning and finished with a luscious peach and balsamic glaze. This sweet and savory dish is perfect for a flavorful BBQ night!
Directions
- Preheat Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat, 375°F–425°F.
- Marinate Chicken: Rub chicken thighs with oil and 1 tbsp Weber® Southern Comfort™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning. Let marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
- Prepare Peach Glaze: In a small bowl, combine peach preserves, balsamic vinegar, and 2 tbsp Weber® Southern Comfort™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning. Stir until smooth and set aside.
- Grill Chicken: Place chicken thighs on the preheated grill. Cook for 20–25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. During the last 5 minutes of cooking, brush both sides of the chicken generously with the peach glaze.
- Serve: Remove chicken from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes. Serve warm with your favorite sides and enjoy!

- For extra caramelization, apply an additional layer of the peach glaze just before removing the chicken from the grill.
