Ingredients
- Biscuits:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons Southern Comfort Whiskey Flavored Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup buttermilk or milk
- Topping:
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Southern Comfort Whiskey Flavored Seasoning

Directions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Biscuit Dough: In a large bowl, combine flour, Weber® Southern Comfort™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning, and baking powder.
- Cut cold butter into the dry ingredients using a pastry cutter or fork until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add buttermilk and stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Form Biscuits: Using a ¼-cup measuring cup, drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing evenly.
- Bake Biscuits: Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
- Brush with Topping: Combine melted butter with 1 tsp Weber® Southern Comfort™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning. Brush the mixture over the hot biscuits immediately after removing them from the oven.
