Tender, buttery drop biscuits infused with the rich, smoky flavor of Weber® Southern Comfort™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning. Perfect as a side dish or served warm with honey for a touch of sweetness, these biscuits are quick, easy, and packed with Southern-inspired flavor.

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Biscuit Dough: In a large bowl, combine flour, Weber® Southern Comfort™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning, and baking powder.
  3. Cut cold butter into the dry ingredients using a pastry cutter or fork until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add buttermilk and stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Form Biscuits: Using a ¼-cup measuring cup, drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing evenly.
  5. Bake Biscuits: Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  6. Brush with Topping: Combine melted butter with 1 tsp Weber® Southern Comfort™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning. Brush the mixture over the hot biscuits immediately after removing them from the oven.
  7. Serve: Serve warm, with a drizzle of honey if desired. Enjoy!
