Ingredients
- For the Salmon
- 3 tbsp Weber® Garlic Sriracha Seasoning divided
- 4 salmon fillets (6–8 oz each, 1 inch thick)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- For the Mango Salsa
- 1 mango, peeled and diced into ½-inch pieces
- 1 tsp Weber® Garlic Sriracha Seasoning divided
- 1 tbsp jalapeño pepper, diced
- ⅓ cup chopped green onion
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- ¼ cup lime juice
Perfectly grilled salmon fillets seasoned with Weber® Sriracha Rub, glazed with a sweet and tangy honey-lime mixture, and paired with fresh mango salsa for a vibrant and flavorful dish.
Directions
- Prepare grill: Preheat grill to medium heat 350°F–450°F. Brush grill grates clean.
- Season and glaze salmon: Rub 2 tbsp Weber® Garlic Sriracha Seasoning evenly over both sides of the salmon fillets.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and 1 tsp Weber® Garlic Sriracha Seasoning to make the glaze.
- Grill salmon: Place salmon fillets on the grill over direct medium heat.
- Cook for 7–10 minutes, turning once, until the salmon is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Brush the honey-lime glaze over the salmon during the last 3 minutes of cooking.
- Prepare mango salsa: In a medium bowl, combine diced mango, 1 tsp Weber® Garlic Sriracha Seasoning, jalapeño, green onion, cilantro, and lime juice.
- Stir to combine thoroughly. The salsa can be made ahead and refrigerated until ready to serve.
- Serve: Place the grilled salmon fillets on plates and top generously with mango salsa. Serve immediately and enjoy!
