Tender beef medallions seasoned with Weber® Roasted Garlic & Herb and finished with a bright, roasted garlic herbaceous board dressing for a simple yet flavorful meal.

Directions

  1. Prepare steak: Dust the beef tenderloins generously with 2 tbsp Weber® Roasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning, ensuring even coverage.
  2. Grill steak: Preheat grill to medium heat 350°F–400°F. Place the seasoned tenderloins on the grill and cook to your desired internal temperature: Medium-rare: 130°F–135°F Medium: 140°F–145°F Flip once halfway through cooking for even grill marks.
  3. Prepare board dressing: While the steaks are grilling, create the dressing directly on a large cutting board. Chop parsley and basil, spreading them evenly over the board. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp Weber® Roasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning, lemon juice, lemon zesty and drizzle olive oil over the herbs. Mix gently to combine.
  4. Finish and serve: When the steaks are done, remove them from the grill and place directly onto the prepared board. Roll and coat the steaks in the dressing, letting them rest briefly to absorb the flavors. Slice if desired and serve promptly.
