A bold, flavorful Top Sirloin roast grilled to perfection with a rich, caramelized crust. Weber® BOLD Steakhouse Reserve Seasoning brings bold black pepper garlic and herbs to this classic steakhouse flavor to every bite.

Directions

  1. Prep Roast - Pat the Top Sirloin roast dry with paper towels. Rub evenly with olive oil, then coat generously with Weber® BOLD Steakhouse Reserve Seasoning. Let sit at room temperature for 30–45 minutes before grilling.
  2. Preheat Grill - Preheat grill to medium-high heat 375°F–425°F for indirect cooking.
  3. Sear Roast - Place the roast over direct heat and sear for 3–4 minutes per side until a deep crust forms.
  4. Grill Indirect - Move the roast to indirect heat, close the lid, and cook until the internal temperature reaches 125°F for medium-rare or 135°F for medium, about 45–60 minutes.
  5. Rest & Serve - Transfer the roast to a cutting board, tent with foil, and let rest for 15 minutes. Slice against the grain and serve.
