Ingredients
- 1 (3-4 lb) Top Sirloin roast
- 3 tbsp Weber® BOLD Steakhouse Reserve Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions
- Prep Roast - Pat the Top Sirloin roast dry with paper towels. Rub evenly with olive oil, then coat generously with Weber® BOLD Steakhouse Reserve Seasoning. Let sit at room temperature for 30–45 minutes before grilling.
- Preheat Grill - Preheat grill to medium-high heat 375°F–425°F for indirect cooking.
- Sear Roast - Place the roast over direct heat and sear for 3–4 minutes per side until a deep crust forms.
- Grill Indirect - Move the roast to indirect heat, close the lid, and cook until the internal temperature reaches 125°F for medium-rare or 135°F for medium, about 45–60 minutes.
- Rest & Serve - Transfer the roast to a cutting board, tent with foil, and let rest for 15 minutes. Slice against the grain and serve.
