Preheat oven to 375°F degrees. Remove stems from mushrooms and chop the stems and keep the mushroom tops whole.
Brown sausage in large nonstick skillet, stirring to break into small pieces. Add chopped mushroom stems and cook 3 minutes. Add spinach and green onion and cook for 2 minutes or until heated through. Stir in cream cheese until melted. Stir in panko breadcrumbs and Buffalo Trace™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning.
Arrange mushroom caps on parchment lined baking sheet and stuff with sausage mixture. Bake 15 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
