Directions
- Prepare Eggs: Gently tap the large end of each egg with a spoon to create a small crack. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 10–12 minutes. Transfer eggs to an ice bath and let cool completely before peeling.
- Make Filling: Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Place yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and 2 tbsp Weber® Buffalo Trace™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning. Mash or beat with an electric mixer on low speed until smooth and creamy.
- Fill Egg Whites: Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
- Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle the filled eggs with additional Weber® Buffalo Trace™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning and garnish with chopped chives. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
